ADULT PROGRAMMING


The Memory Cafe

Individuals with early to moderate forms of dementia,
as well as those who worry about memory problems
can gather with their care partner/family/friends
to relax and enjoy socialization, refreshments, discussion,
and entertainment in a safe, supportive environment. Program is the first Friday of every month:
10:30am - noon

Beginning Yoga

Instructor Jessica Johnson will be teaching
this safe sequencing yoga so everyone
can feel calm, balanced, and centered. Cost is
$60 for the 6-week session or $12 per drop-in,
payable to the library at the time of registration.

Sessions are Wednesdays | 6:00 - 7:00pm

Color Me Happy and Crafts

Coloring isn't just for kids anymore! Join us for
coloring in various designs and patterns. This
practice stimulates the brain while generating
wellness and quietness. This event will take place
the second and fourth Mondays of every month.

Book Club

Join us in the program room for our adult book
club meeting. It will take place on
the second Tuesday of every month.

Tai Chi

Instructor Ed Kehoe will lead the group in
Sun Style Tai Chi. Cost is $80 for the 8-week
session or $12 per drop-in, payable to the
library at the time of registration.
